A lovely and pleasant place. The problem with the cleanliness of the pools, there is mold in the pools, no care is taken to remove the insects at all. We received very old and short robes even though we saw that there were new ones. In the restaurant we waited a long time for each dish to be taken out and there were disappointing dishes alongside successful dishes. For example, a turkey starter is actually a small pastrami. The breakfast is poor, a fee must be added for basic food. The mini bar was all included and it was a pleasant surprise. The gardens are very well maintained and stunning.
For residents of Rome I'm sure this is a fine place for a night or weekend, and it seems to have a loyal base of regulars. But for us it seemed a little bit odd. There was a hut by the pool pretending to be a bar, the rooms were small and either hard core retro or in serious need of a makeover. Also it was difficult to move from one part of the hotel to another because of a locked gate. Dog friendly but a bit wierd....

I've been several times and I had always a nice experience, nearby my home and easy to reach. Just avoid the first days after opening because , related ti the weather some pools are not available. Better experience in the weekend

it was my second time here and every time I walk away relaxed and feeling satisfied. The staff and the place is exquisite.
The only thing I think that can be improved is that the lunch that they offer at the pool bar, which you must purchase could be a lot better.
